Terms of Service

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms govern your use of the Casa Plus website and the coordination services we provide, whether or not you hold a paid membership. By requesting a service or creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. What Casa Plus does

Casa Plus coordinates home services in Tenerife by matching customer requests to vetted, independent service partners, managing communication, scheduling and quality follow-up. Casa Plus is not itself a licensed electrician, plumber or other regulated tradesperson; regulated work is always carried out by an appropriately qualified partner.

3. Pricing & payment

Membership fees are billed as set out on our Membership page. Individual service work (labour and materials) is quoted and agreed separately before work begins, and is payable in addition to any membership fee unless explicitly stated as included in your plan. Non-members may be charged a coordination fee for individual service requests.

4. Property access & key holding

Where you opt into key holding, you authorise Casa Plus to grant access to your property to vetted technicians, cleaners and delivery couriers strictly for approved visits, subject to our fair-use policy and the terms of your membership plan.

5. Liability

Casa Plus takes reasonable care in vetting and coordinating service partners. Work carried out by a partner is subject to that partner’s own guarantees and insurance; Casa Plus will assist in resolving quality issues but is not the party performing the physical work.

6. Cancellation & changes

You may cancel a service request before it is booked at no charge. Once a partner visit is confirmed, cancellation terms follow the specific job’s agreed conditions.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
