Membership Terms

Casa Plus membership buys access, coordination, priority and preferential pricing — not unlimited free labour. External labour and materials remain chargeable unless explicitly included in your plan.

1. Plans

Casa Plus currently offers three membership plans:

• Casa Plus Access — €29/month: Never search for a tradesperson again.
• Casa Plus — €69/month: Everything your home needs. One membership.
• Casa Plus Prime — €149/month: Your personal Home Manager in Tenerife.

2. Billing

Membership fees are billed monthly in advance. Fees do not cover trade labour, materials or third-party services, which are quoted and billed separately unless explicitly stated as included in your plan (e.g. included handyman hours).

3. Fair use

Benefits such as key holding, property access coordination and included handyman hours are subject to fair use. Casa Plus reserves the right to apply reasonable limits where usage is clearly outside normal residential patterns, and will always discuss this with you first.

4. Priority & response times

“Priority service” and “priority emergency support” mean your requests are prioritised ahead of non-members and lower-tier members within our scheduling, not a guaranteed fixed response time, which will vary by job type, provider availability and circumstances.

5. Upgrading, downgrading & cancelling

You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes typically take effect from your next billing cycle. Included benefits (e.g. handyman hours) do not carry over between plan changes unless stated otherwise.

6. Key holding specifics

Key holding (standard on Casa Plus, premium on Casa Plus Prime) is provided solely to support coordination of services to your property and is subject to our fair-use policy and Privacy Policy. It is not available as a standalone product outside these plans.
