1. Who we are

2. What we collect

Name, contact details (email, phone/WhatsApp number), property address and details, service request history, communications with us, and — where you use our website — basic technical data such as IP address and browser type via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Why we process it

To provide and coordinate the services you request, manage your membership, communicate with you about bookings and your property, improve our service, and meet legal and tax obligations. Where key holding or property access is involved, we process the minimum data necessary to coordinate that access securely.

4. Who we share it with

Vetted service partners strictly as needed to carry out a requested job (e.g. an electrician needs your address and the fault description, not your full service history), and service providers who support our operations (e.g. hosting, communications tools). We do not sell personal data.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your data, and to data portability. Contact hello@casaplus.example to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

6. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes.
