Keys are held securely and access is only granted to vetted professionals for specific, approved visits — every use is logged as part of your property file, and it's included specifically to remove less secure workarounds like hidden spare keys.
What's the difference between standard and premium key holding?+
Standard key holding (Casa Plus, €69/month) covers scheduled maintenance and cleaning access. Premium key holding (Casa Plus Prime, €149/month) adds priority handling, more frequent access scenarios and closer supervision, in line with Prime's broader property-monitoring service.
Can you receive deliveries for me?+
Yes, delivery access is part of both the Casa Plus and Prime plans, useful for owners who travel frequently or aren't reliably home during courier hours.
