Does Casa Plus manage the whole renovation project?+
We coordinate contractors, scheduling and quality checks on your behalf, functioning as your project's single point of accountability. Materials and contractor labour are billed at quoted rates, with an optional project-management fee for the coordination work itself.
How much is the project-management fee?+
It's typically in the 8–15% range of total project value, agreed with you upfront before any work begins — for example, roughly €3,000 on a €30,000 kitchen renovation at 10%. Casa Plus Prime members receive preferential pricing on this fee.
Can you renovate a property while we're not in Tenerife?+
Yes — this is one of the most common reasons second-home owners use Casa Plus for renovations. We supervise contractors on-site and report back with photo updates throughout.
