Can you prepare the house before we arrive?+

What's the difference between Casa Plus and Casa Plus Prime for a second home?+
Casa Plus (€69/month) covers key holding and an annual check. Casa Plus Prime (€149/month) adds monthly checks, monthly photo reports, premium key holding, routine property and utility monitoring, and a personal Home Manager — the level most second-home and villa owners choose.
