What counts as a 'handyman' job versus a specialist job?+
General repairs, assembly, fixings and small maintenance count as handyman work. Anything involving electrics, gas, structural changes or plumbing beyond a basic fix is routed to the relevant licensed specialist — Casa Plus makes that call for you so nothing is done by the wrong person.
How do the included handyman hours work?+
Casa Plus members get 4 hours per year and Prime members get 8 hours per year of general handyman labour included in the membership. Materials aren't included. Additional hours beyond your allowance are billed at member rates.
Can the handyman visit while I'm not in Tenerife?+
Yes — this is one of the most common uses of our key-holding service. We can grant access, supervise the visit, and send you photos, so tasks get done even from abroad.
